At Shila Dough, we believe real bread starts with real ingredients. Born out of the simple frustration of not being able to find fresh dough without artificial additives, our micro bakery is rooted in the commitment to quality and transparency.
We use fresh-milled flour in all of our breads for flavor, nutrition, and that unmistakable homemade texture. Our sourdough is naturally fermented,and will be crafted with care, and it will be baked in small batches to ensure every loaf is full of life.
In addition to our classic breads, we offer a rotating variety of baked desserts and sweets — all made with the same attention to detail and ingredient integrity. Our menu is updated weekly and monthly, so there’s always something new to discover.
